By accessing and using the Hytheros server and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Hytheros's website and server for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Hytheros's website or server
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Server Rules and Conduct

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications
  • Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior
  • Griefing or destroying other players' builds
  • Spamming or advertising other servers
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches

6. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made through our store are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our support team through Discord for refund requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hytheros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
